DROP-OFF / PICK-UP FROM SCHOOL
& BUS TRANSPORTATION

ARRIVING AND DEPARTING FROM SCHOOL

Students should not arrive on campus before 7:15 a.m. on regular days, 7:30 a.m. on Late Start days.  At the end of the school day, students must leave campus by 3:05 p.m., unless involved in extracurricular activities. From the time a student leaves home and returns after school, he/she is under the jurisdiction of the school and will be disciplined for any misbehavior to or from school. Disciplinary measures may include counseling, conferences, detentions and/or suspension from school, or other appropriate measures.

PARKING AT CERRO VILLA

When using the parking lots at school, please park in marked parking stalls and do not park in red zones. Parking along the streets is limited and we ask that you do not block driveways and be respectful of the neighbors. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED along Featherhill Dr. and Dodson Wy. These streets located across from the school are permit parking for local residents only.

DO NOT ENTER parking lots that have been blocked off by orange cones - this is to help traffic flow.

BUS TRANSPORTATION

Students riding buses are required to maintain discipline and any person whose conduct is unacceptable will be reported. Providing buses is not required by law, but is a privilege to students who cooperate. Students who are discipline or safety problems may lose bus privileges. Bus referrals will result in disciplinary action and/or denial of transportation.

OCTA YOUTH RIDE FREE PROGRAM

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Youth Ride Free Program is providing students with free OCTA bus transportation for OUSD students, ages 6-18. With this bus pass, students will be able to ride all OC Bus fixed-route services for free. Please contact Andrea Richards at arichards@orangeusd.org if you are interested in a pass for your student. There is a form that needs to be signed by a parent or guardian. Again, this is the county bus system and not the OUSD school bus.
